The 6 months that I have worked with Matt at his unique MPower studio have been an inspiring revelation! His holistic approach to health, fitness and well being is embodied in every training session that he delivers. The ambience that Matt has created in the MPower Studio is welcoming, uplifting and energising, and the perfect environment for working out.
His knowledgeable and intelligent approach ensures that every session is tailor made to suit my requirements, ensuring that maximum benefits are achieved. Since working with Matt, my strength, flexibility and fitness levels have significantly improved and I am confident that with his continued help these improvements will be sustained and developed.
Matt is an admirable example of all that he advocates and his upbeat, positive and sunny disposition inspire everybody who comes into contact with him. His enthusiasm, encouragement and joi-de-vivre are infectious and I defy anybody not be delighted with the results should they embark on the MPower journey!
I first met Matthew about 6 months ago when he was working as a personal trainer at the gym I was a member of at the time.
He was filling in for another instructor to take the weekly circuit class that I attended. At the time my brother and I were also on the lookout for a new personal trainer as our current one had recently left.
I was instantly impressed with Matthew, his professionalism and attention to detail in explaining each exercise and specifically the body part/muscle that was being worked. None of the other instructors at the gym had done that previously so that was an instant tick in the box.
The class was really enjoyable and many of the methods he used were new and interesting.
My brother and I decided to trial him for our personal training and since then we haven't looked back. Since attending regular weekly sessions with Matthew both my brother and I have made significant improvements in a number of areas such as reducing body fat, increasing lean muscle, strength and explosive power. He has also passed on excellent nutritional advice and there have definitely been obvious visual improvements.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Matthew to anybody looking to make improvements to their general well being, fitness, strength, diet or lifestyle.
